    Confirm rights and the buyer’s AI policy. Eligible Pro and Label members can upload privately from Cynqo and review a Played pitch before submitting.

What does one-click setup do?

Clicking a brief opens that specific opportunity in Cynqo. After sign-in, Cynqo loads its requirements and prepares musical settings. You review the direction inside the studio, then approve creation separately. Opening a brief does not spend a generation credit or submit a pitch.

Will Cynqo improve my chance of getting the gig?

Cynqo helps you work from a specific brief and review how your track fits it. We have not measured an improvement in placement odds. Generated music can vary from the prompt, and selection remains with the buyer. No exact sound, shortlist or placement is guaranteed.

Can I submit AI-generated music to every brief?

No. Check each buyer’s AI requirements and your rights to the recording. If the policy is not stated, acceptance is unconfirmed. Ask Played support before buying access or pitching AI-generated music.

Is Cynqo included with my Played plan?

No. Cynqo is a separate product. Generation credits create music in Cynqo; Played pitch allowances and credits submit eligible tracks for consideration. An active Pro or Label plan is required for Cynqo’s private upload and pitch integration.
