Music sales are always 0% commission — you keep 100%. Played earns from plans and featured spots, never from your sales.
Billing terms
- Currency. All prices are in US dollars (USD) and are charged in USD. Your bank may apply its own conversion or foreign-transaction fee.
- Annual plans (“2 months free”). Paying annually costs the same as 10 monthly payments: Artist $129/yr vs $155.88 monthly, Pro $199/yr vs $239.88, Label $299/yr vs $359.88. Annual plans are charged in full upfront and renew yearly until cancelled. The saving applies to the subscription only, not to credit packs.
- Renewals and cancellation. All plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time in billing settings; cancellation stops future renewals and your plan stays active to the end of the period you have paid for. See our Refund Policy.
- Credits. Credit packs are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. They do not expire and do not renew.
- Payment security. Payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified provider. Card details are entered on Stripe’s hosted checkout and never reach Played’s servers. This site is served over HTTPS throughout.
