The seven-day trial is gone, and honestly it was not doing you any favours: a card taken today and charged on day eight failed more often than it worked, and people found out when their storefront went dark. So we swapped it for the same promise, without the trapdoor.

Within 7 days, email hi@played.fm and we refund the full amount. You do not need a reason, and you do not need to argue with anybody.
To be exact about it: the refund is the whole first payment, back to the card you paid with. It takes 5–10 days to land depending on your bank. Emailing us is the only way to claim it — cancelling in Billing stops future renewals but does not itself trigger a refund.
